Pest-control firm moves from West Seneca to Orchard Park

The owners of Eco Serve Pest Services have acquired a new building in Orchard Park to get more room for their growing 18-year-old business.

Scott and Audrey Hall bought 3573 North Buffalo Road from Paula Anne Sepanik Inc., paying $250,000 in mid-January. Formerly a dental office, the 1,200-square-foot facility on 0.63 acres is now being renovated for the pest-management firm, which is currently renting space on Dyke Road in West Seneca, said Patricia Collins, a broker at Tudor Collins Commercial Real Estate, who represented the buyers in the deal.

Eco Serve operates in Erie, Niagara and Orleans counties. Scott and Audrey Hall are natives of Orchard Park and East Aurora, respectively.
