Mom reports daughter was grabbed on South Buffalo street, sexually assaulted

A woman notified Buffalo Police on Sunday that her daughter was accosted by a man she didn't know on Seneca Street, taken to a house and raped.

According to the police report, the girl, a juvenile, was walking down the street when she was approached by a man who said "You're beautiful" to her. When she tried to walk away, the report says, the man grabbed the girl, carried her to a house on Geary Street and raped her.

The girl was taken by her parents to Oishei Children's Hospital for treatment.

The suspect is described as in his 20s, about 6 feet tall, black and with "poofy" hair.
