Niagara Falls woman accused of drunken driving after traffic stop

A Niagara Falls woman was arrested and charged with drunken driving following a traffic stop on Lindberg Avenue in the city.

Wanda Greig, 54, was stopped Saturday by New York State troopers for failing to keep right. Following the stop, troopers said they noticed a strong odor of alcohol on Greig's breath. After submitting her to sobriety tests, troopers took Greig into custody for driving while intoxicated and transported her to the State Police barracks in the town of Niagara, where she refused to take a breath test, troopers said.

Greig was processed there and issued appearance tickets for the City of Niagara Falls Court.
