2 Buffalo teens charged with robbing food deliveryman

Buffalo police have arrested two teens on charges they robbed a food deliveryman at gunpoint last week on Blaine Avenue.

Rakim D. Clark, 18, and Julius M. Gladney, 17, were arrested early Thursday morning after police officers followed footprints in the snow and found the pair with empty food containers, according to a Buffalo police report.

The robbery happened on the 200 block of Blaine, between East Delavan and Oakgrove avenues, at about 1:10 a.m. Thursday. The teens were arrested at Clark's home on East Delavan about 30 minutes later, according to police. In addition to the food, the victim told police the teens also stole his wallet.

Clark and Gladney were each charged with first- and second-degree robbery, second-degree menacing and two counts of criminal possession of stolen property.

On Monday morning, Clark was being held in the Erie County Correctional Facility and Gladney was being held at the Erie County Holding Center.
