Want to get arrested? Pour beer on a police car

David Serrano gave no reason for dumping a beer on a patrol car.

A North Tonawanda man was charged with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest Friday after walking up to a City of Tonawanda police car and pouring a 24-ounce can of beer on the hood.

Officer Eric Foels was inside the car writing a report on his car computer at Main and Niagara streets when the incident allegedly occurred.

David L Serrano, 45 of Mead St., North Tonawanda, began to walk away after emptying the contents from the can of Natural Ice on the car. Serrano was detained by officers after refusing to cooperate. Police say he showed no signs of intoxication and gave no reason for his action. Bail was set at $250.
