Alabama players say new Bills coordinator Brian Daboll is 'business-oriented'

Brian Daboll spent one season at Alabama and helped the Crimson Tide win a national championship. Daboll was named the Bills' offensive coordinator Sunday.

Here is what some of the current Alabama players had to say about him during the season:

Back Bo Scarbrough: "Daboll treats us like grown men. That's the thing that I like."

Quarterback Jalen Hurts: “He has a great mentality, very encouraging, great coach. He builds a great relationship with all the offensive players – even some of the defensive players. He’s a great guy to be around and a great leader. He just does a great job of doing his job. He’s business-oriented and that carries over to the offense, for sure.”

Guard Ross Pierschbacher“Coach Daboll is very down to business. Coming from the Patriots … Coach (Bill) Belichick runs a tight ship there, just like Coach Saban does. It meshes pretty well. ... Everyone really enjoys Coach Daboll and his system. He just seems very organized. The players respond to that, especially the young guys just learning that. He’s a demanding guy, but we get results. I think that practice has run smoother, and it’s just been good.”
