7-11 in Parkside robbed at gunpoint
Two masked men robbed a 7-11 store at 281 Parkside Ave. early Saturday, Buffalo Police said.
The two men walked into the store at 12:30 a.m. and demanded an employee place money from both of the store's cash registers into a backpack, Buffalo Police said. A second person was held at gunpoint and ordered not to move. Both thiefs appeared to be armed with guns.
After the employee emptied the cash register drawers into the backpack, one of the thieves reached over the counter and took several lottery tickets before leaving. The amount of money taken in the robbery was not disclosed.
