Intro to Fly Fishing course offered

An introductory course in fly fishing will be starting up Jan. 30 for any interested anglers. The Lake Erie Chapter of Fly Fishers International will be organizing an adult course every Tuesday from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. and running through March 13. The course will be held at West Seneca East Middle School located on Center Road in West Seneca.

Classes will cover the basic fundamentals of fly fishing such as set-up, knots, casting, fly tying and much more. All materials necessary for the course will be supplied by the instructors.  Registration and applications can be obtained through the West Seneca Continuing/Community Education web site. For further course information call 982-9468. There is a fee for the course.
