Letter: What can Americans do to help Iranian citizens?

What can Americans do to help Iranian citizens?

So, Iranian citizens are once again trying to take their country back. After British MI6 and the U.S. CIA overthrew an elected prime minister in 1953, and after Iranian citizens overthrew the shah in 1979, they ended up with an Islamic republic.

Once again, the citizens are looking for a better deal. My question is, aside from threats and sanctions, what can we in the U.S. do to help our fellow citizens in Iran?

The respective citizens of Iran, Russia and the United States, just to name three countries, likely have common cause for a more equitable distribution of political power and resources in their own countries.
