If the Buffalo Bills move on from quarterback Tyrod Taylor this offseason, would he be interested in Kansas City's Alex Smith?
ESPN analyst Louis Riddick, who was a former Pro Personnel Director with Washington and Philadelphia, strongly suggested as much Monday on "NFL Live."
"I think there's a quarterback in Kansas City I'll bet they'll be pretty interested in," Riddick said, after a discussion of whether or not Taylor had played his last game with the Bills. The Chiefs are expected to move on from Smith this offseason and hand the reins to Patrick Mahomes, whom they drafted in the first round of the 2017 draft after trading up with the Bills.
Riddick and reporter Adam Schefter said they thought the Bills would move on from Taylor. Ryan Clark, the former NFL safety, disagreed. The segment can be found here.
