Man who fell asleep in McDonald's drive-through charged with DWI

Sleep was apparently more compelling than eating for a Fredonia man who fell asleep in the drive-through lane at a McDonald's early Sunday morning.

Chautauqua County sheriff's deputies observed the man asleep in the driver's seat of a running vehicle at the McDonald's in Fredonia at 3:02 a.m.

Further investigation found that the driver, William R. Tryczenski, 30, was intoxicated. He was charged with driving while intoxicated.
