The Buffalo Bills' exit from the first round of the playoffs Sunday, paired with the Kansas City Chiefs' loss to the Tennessee Titans Saturday night, set the Bills up with the 21st and 22nd overall draft picks in the 2018 draft.
The Bills finished with the lowest record of any team eliminated in the Wild Card round, setting them up with the 21st overall pick. The Chiefs, who sent the Bills their first-round pick in a draft-day trade last April, finished had the second-lowest record, giving them the 22nd pick.
The Bills' second-round pick will be 53rd overall. They also own the Los Angeles Rams' second-round pick from the Sammy Watkins trade; that pick will be 56th.
The Bills have plenty of ammunition to move up in the draft if they so choose.
The 2018 draft begins on April 26.
