Bills running back LeSean McCoy will "do some things" in practice Friday, coach Sean McDermott said.
McCoy has been dealing with an ankle injury. He took part in stretching before Thursday's practice but was listed as did not practice Wednesday and Thursday.
Without McCoy, the Bills will use Mike Tolbert and newcomer Marcus Murphy.
"My confidence is still there. I saw it in Mike and Murph last week in Miami," McDermott said. "You never replace a player like LeSean ... but this is why we coach."
#Bills list LeSean McCoy (ankle) as questionable for Sunday, along with LB Matt Milano (hamstring), T Jordan Mills (ankle), WR Deonte Thompson (shoulder) & QB Joe Webb (ankle).

Cornerback Shareece Wright, who has been in the concussion protocol, is out for Sunday.
Linebacker Matt Milano again will not practice with a hamstring injury and it sounds like it will be tough for him to be able to play Sunday.
Charles Clay, Joe Webb, Kelvin Benjamin and Deonte Thompson will be limited.
As for the Jaguars being a nine-point favorite, McDermott said, "You know what? That's why you play the game."
