A. Jerry Butler, Curtis Brown and Joe Montana.

In that Dec. 21 game, Butler caught a 10-yard pass from Joe Ferguson and Brown had a 4-yard TD run in the first half. The game was tied at 13-13 before the Bills added a field goal and safety in the third quarter, then hung on as Montana, in his second season as QB in San Francisco, threw a Hail Mary on the final play of the game that was incomplete.
