TAILGATE FORECAST: Cool start (not compared to home!) and partly sunny. The 8 a.m. temperature will be 39 degrees, rising to 57 degrees by midday/early afternoon.

GAME TEMPERATURE: 57-60 degrees.

WIND: East 5-10 mph early picking up to 12-18 mph by game time. Only minor impact on passing/kicking game.

PRECIPITATION: Likely dry prior to and during the game ... can't rule out a stray sprinkle due to breeze off the Atlantic.

FORECAST: Great weather for playoff football. Partly sunny with fairly rapid moderation of temperatures by midday and for the game.

WHAT TO WEAR: Jacket, sweater, especially for cool start to tailgating.
