Official to McDermott on why Benjamin TD was overturned, 'I don't know'
Bills coach Sean McDermott has said he was at a loss to describe why Kelvin Benjamin's touchdown against the Patriots was overturned. Apparently, he was not the only one.
"Inside the NFL" on Showtime aired video that showed down judge Mark Hittner being asked by McDermott after the ruling, "How is that incomplete?"
The official's reply: "I don't know."
Hittner also spoke with Tyrod Taylor in the clip and Hittner says, "That's a hell of a throw, and a catch, I thought."
Obviously, Al Riveron in the NFL's New York replay center saw something different.
