Forbes Capretto Homes ‘The Fairway’ model celebrates the holidays with a home designed for the family

Located in the new Forbes Capretto French Landing community in Lewiston, “The Fairway” model at 4288 Wolf Run Road is a home to celebrate the holidays not only this year, but for many years to come.

The timeless design of “The Fairway” works for day-to-day living as well as entertaining all year round.

“The model is available to purchase as well as many move-in-ready homes,” said President, David Capretto.

At approximately 2,750 square feet of living space, the two-story home shows four bedrooms, two and a half baths. Also shown in the model are two popular options: the Forbes Capretto bay kitchen windows and expanded mudroom.

Entered from the sheltered front porch, the home includes 9’ ceilings and 8‘ doors, including a two story entry lighted by a clerestory window.

Hardwood flooring is featured throughout the first level, with the exception of carpeting in the great room and the den.

To the left of the foyer is the den office close enough to the main living spaces yet still providing privacy. To the right is dramatic formal dining room done with deep blue walls set off by crisp white molding.

Continuing into the heart of the home, the great room with a cozy gas fireplace is done with a classic white tile. The great room is set off from the hardwood floor by lush carpeting.

The open floor plan continues to a dinette area where sliding glass doors lead out to a patio.

The stunning white kitchen shows the optional bay of windows that overlook the backyard. The kitchen features lots of storage space in quality Aristokraft cabinets, granite countertops, plus an island for with extra work space and seating, if needed.

Folks who entertain will love even more storage provided by the connecting butler’s pantry that leads to the dining room.

The kitchen also accesses the two car garage via an owners’ entry. Here too is the optional expanded mudroom with plenty of storage in the cubbies and a first floor laundry.

Up the turned staircase is a darling cozy nook for kids and grandkids to enjoy reading or toys.

The spacious master suite with a tray ceiling also features a lovely master bath with a tiled walk-in shower, spa whirlpool bath, double sink vanity, a huge walk-in closet and a compartmented toilet.

Three large remaining bedrooms share a main bath with dual sinks and tub/shower. Each bedroom includes a large closet. There is a linen closet on this level as well.

The location of French Landing is just minutes away from the Village of Lewiston, yet manages to feel rural. For those who like to take advantage of the outdoors, a bike path is only one minute away, Joseph Davis State Park is two minutes away and nearby boating communities are within easy distance.

Nearby attractions include Artpark and Old Fort Niagara. Retail and grocery shopping are no more than a 10-minute drive, while access to expressways lead to downtown Buffalo and the Buffalo Niagara Airport, 30- to 35-minutes away.

“We have many communities to choose from all over WNY and we can also will build on your own lot” said David Capretto.

The neighborhood is quiet and there are no association fees. The new development includes 27 home sites. The Fairways is priced at $409,900, and is open to tour Tuesday and Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday, noon to 5 p.m. Closed Thursdays.

While touring The Fairways, you can tour The Bailey across the street at 4291 Wolf Run. This model shows 2,500 square feet of living space with four bedrooms, two and a half baths and a second floor laundry.
