As of Friday, here is Don Paul's look at the weather Sunday's Buffalo Bills- New England Patriots game at Gillette Stadium.

TAILGATE FORECAST: Tranquil, some sunshine. There may be some slick spots from Saturday's mixed frozen precipitation on some surface. 8 a.m. temperature: 34 rising to 40 by midday. Light wind.

GAME TEMPERATURE: 40-42 degrees.

WIND: Light north, picking up a bit late in the game. Wind will not be a significant factor in the passing/kicking game.

PRECIPITATION: None prior to or during the game.

FORECAST: Some morning sunshine with increasing clouds in the afternoon. Minimal wind chill most of the day. Fairly comfortable for late December.

WHAT TO WEAR: Some warm layers and footwear. Again, wind chill should be minimal.
