Police: Tonawanda man accused of watching woman through her security cameras

A Town of Tonawanda man has been accused of unlawfully surveilling a female acquaintance by gaining access to security cameras inside and outside her home and watching her through an app on his phone, according to City of Tonawanda police.

Justin J. Bleich, 33, of Kerr Avenue, was charged with second-degree unlawful surveillance, a class E felony, police said Wednesday.

Bleich obtained the victim's pass code and was secretly watching her movements on and off for about 4 months, according to police.

He is scheduled to appear in Tonawanda City Court on Jan. 16.
