Craig Turner, a former vice president for the Buffalo Niagara Partnership, will serve as interim president of World Trade Center Buffalo Niagara.
His work in regional economic development, especially trade and logistics, make him a good fit for the job, said Nancy Dempsey, WTCBN's Board of Directors Chair.
Turner is executive director for the Buffalo Niagara International Trade Gateway Organization as well as the founder and president of Momentum Public Affairs in the City of Tonawanda. He has more than 20 years of experience in media, government economic development, public relations and organizational management.
John Manzella, former WTCBN president and CEO, stepped down this month after two years to pursue private sector opportunities.
