A woman who struck another woman with her car in Niagara Falls after a Jan. 12 confrontation was sentenced Friday to one to three years in state prison.

Victoria R. Mozell must pay $2,000 of the victim's medical bills after her release from prison, Niagara County Judge Matthew J. Murphy III also ruled.
