Tyrod Taylor inactive, Nathan Peterman to start at QB for Bills vs. Colts

Nathan Peterman will get his second career start at quarterback Sunday for the Buffalo Bills. The rookie will replace Tyrod Taylor against the Indianapolis Colts at New Era Field.

Taylor is inactive because of a knee injury suffered in Week 14 against the Patriots. He practiced on a limited basis Thursday and Friday. With Taylor inactive, Joe Webb will serve as the No. 2 quarterback.

Left tackle Cordy Glenn and cornerback Leonard Johnson are also inactive for the Bills. Both Glenn and Johnson practiced on a limited basis all week. Glenn will miss his seventh game of the season with foot and ankle injuries, while Johnson is out because of a knee injury suffered against New England. They are joined on the inactive list by offensive tackle Seantrel Henderson (back), guard John Miller (ankle), tight end Khari Lee and wide receiver Brandon Reilly.

The Colts are without three starters in wide receiver Donte Moncrief (ankle), cornerback Rashaan Melvin (hand) and center Ryan Kelly (concussion). They are joined by tight end Darrell Daniels (hamstring), defensive tackle Hassan Ridgeway (shoulder) , left tackle Tyreek Burwell and running back Matt Jones.
