As of Friday, here is Don Paul's look at the weather for Sunday's Bills-Colts game at New Era Field.

TAILGATE FORECAST: Count on cold. Scattered light snow showers, cold breeze, significant wind chill. 8 a.m. temp: 27, wind chill: 16-20. Few slick spots possible enroute to stadium from Saturday night light snowfall.

GAME TEMPERATURE: 26-29. Game time wind chill: 10-15.

WIND: W to WSW, increasing to 15-25 with some stronger gusts. Some impact on passing/kicking game. Significant to harsh wind chill.

PRECIPITATION: Scattered light snow showers possible AM. Organized lake-effect snow developing near Orchard Park by or during second half.

FORECAST: Cold wind with significant to harsh wind chill, especially in the afternoon. Scattered light snow showers possible AM. Organized lake-effect snow developing by/during mid- and late afternoon at least close to Orchard Park. The lake snow will intensify late in the afternoon and may produce slow travel headed home, especially south of Buffalo. Within this band, snow will likely be moderate to heavy.

WHAT TO WEAR: Warm layers, gloves, hat, warm socks and footwear.
