A Niagara Falls man died Tuesday from a fatal gunshot wound, according to Niagara Falls Police.
Police were called to the emergency room of Niagara Falls Memorial Hospital at around 3 p.m., for a reported victim of a shooting, Niagara Falls Police said.
When officers arrived, they found the victim, identified as Ladrae Walker, 26, who had sustained a single gunshot wound to his chest, Niagara Falls Police said. He was pronounced dead at the hospital, according to Niagara Falls Police.
Detectives conducted a search for evidence in the 2800 block of Highland Avenue, according to Niagara Falls Police.
Police are continuing an investigation.
