Spectacular photo of supermoon over Liberty Building in Buffalo goes viral

Last night was your only shot to see the first (and last) supermoon of 2017, when the moon appeared 14 percent larger and 30 percent brighter than usual.

Lucky for those who missed it, there's pictures. This was spotted above the Liberty Building on Dec. 3.

Last year, the supermoon was spotted over other famous Buffalo landmarks including Shark Girl, the Richardson Olmsted Complex and Buffalo City Hall.
