Jamestown woman accused of choking, punching and biting boyfriend

A 21-year-old Jamestown woman grabbed her boyfriend by the throat, punched him several times and bit him on the arm during a violent argument Sunday morning in her home, according to city police.

Officers were called to Toni Lynn Hubbard's Crescent Street home at about 7:20 a.m. for a domestic dispute. The boyfriend told police Hubbard also tried to shove him down a flight of stairs as she held the couple's 6-month-old son.

Police said the boyfriend has an order of protection to prevent Hubbard from harassing him. Hubbard was taken to the Jamestown City Jail where she was awaiting arraignment later Sunday on charges of criminal contempt, criminal obstruction of breathing, reckless endangerment, endangering the welfare of a child and assault.

A police report does not indicate that the boyfriend sought treatment for his injuries.
