Richard F. Griffin Jr. argues before U.S. Supreme Court

Attorney and Buffalo native Richard F. Griffin Jr., 61, argued a case before the U.S. Supreme Court in October. As chief counsel for the National Labor Relations Board, Griffin argued a case involving workers' rights to pursue class-action lawsuits related to wages and other workplace issues. Griffin is a graduate of Canisius High School, Yale University and Northeastern University Law School.
