A Niagara Falls man pleaded not guilty Monday to an indictment accusing him of having sex with an underage girl four times, including one incident recorded on cellphone video.
Kevin McBride, 22, of Krull Parkway, is charged with four counts of third-degree rape and one count of second-degree criminal contempt.
He allegedly had sex with the teenage girl between November 2016 and June of this year. Niagara County Assistant District Attorney Cheryl L. Grundy said a third party watched and recorded the November incident on a cellphone. The video, taken in a Town of Niagara mobile home in which McBride was then living, was shown to the grand jury that indicted him.
County Judge Matthew J. Murphy III set bail for McBride at $5,000.
