Canisius College will induct four former athletes into its Sports Hall of Fame and honor its long-time former director of public safety in ceremonies to be held Sunday, Feb. 10 when the men's basketball team faces Quinnipiac in the Koessler Center at 2 p.m. Hall of Fame day will begin with an induction brunch from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Hall of Fame honorees will be Mary Boller '07, volleyball; Scott Maybee '94, diving; Ryan Puntiri, '01, men's soccer, hockey and football and Kevin Ross, '07, men's lacrosse. It will be the 55th induction class to the college's Sports Hall of Fame which will included 196 individual members.
Gary Everett, the former Director of Canisius Public Safety, will be presented with the Rev. Paul J. Dugan, S.J., Award for significant contributions to Canisius athletics.
