Buffalo man charged after vehicle flips onto railroad tracks

A Buffalo man whose vehicle flipped over onto railroad tracks on Saturday has been charged with driving while intoxicated, according to police.

Charles Gasiecki, 27, was driving south on New Babcock Street just after 6 p.m. when he failed to negotiate a turn and flipped the vehicle, landing on the nearby tracks, police said.

Gasiecki reportedly suffered a hand injury. Police did not release any further details.
