A Buffalo man has been charged in connection with the fatal shooting in June of a man in South Buffalo, according to the Erie County District Attorney's Office.
Isaaiha Rogers, 19, of Buffalo, was arraigned in City Court on one count of second-degree murder, District Attorney John J. Flynn said Monday in a news release.
Rogers is accused of allegedly shooting 25-year-old Calvin Williams of Buffalo on June 12 in the 100 block of Pries Avenue, the District Attorney's Office said.
Williams was shot several times and died at the scene, Buffalo Police said at the time. Pries runs between South Park Avenue and Hopkins Street, several blocks north of Tifft Street.
Rogers pleaded not guilty and was remanded to jail without bail, Flynn said.
