Why do corporations get to keep their deductions?

Why is it that corporations are getting to keep all their deductions even though the average Fortune 500 company pays around 19 percent in taxes after deductions, which means they will be paying about 9 percent with the new tax bill?

On the flip side, the middle-class tax cut is temporary while the loss of deductions is permanent.

If you feel this is a good bill, congratulations, you are wealthy.
