State police arrested a Jamestown man for aggravated drunk driving after he was spotted driving erractically with two children in the car in southern Chautauqua County.
Jason Green, 37, was stopped on Buffalo Street Extension in Jamestown after officers, responding to a complaint, observed his behavior firsthand. Green failed several field sobriety tests and was taken into custody, where he recorded a breath test reading of 0.15 at the Jamestown barracks, state police reported.
He was arraigned in Town of Sherman Court on charges of aggravated DWI under Leandra's Law – because of the minors in the car –and two counts of endangering the welfare of a child. The children were turned over to a relative at the scene.
Green will appear in Town of Ellicott court later.
