Frank Ciminelli leaves LPCiminelli to focus on own firm

Frank L. Ciminelli II, son of construction executive Louis P. Ciminelli, is leaving LPCiminelli to devote himself to a construction management firm he started in August, he announced Friday in an email to colleagues.

Kyle W. Tuttle, a senior vice president at LPCiminelli, has been named president of the company and elected to its board, Frank Ciminelli said.

The younger Ciminelli remained president of LPCiminelli since launching Arc Building Partners, which he owns and serves as president. But he made it known at the time that his tenure at LPCiminelli would not be long-term.

Louis Ciminelli ran LPCiminelli until he resigned to fight criminal corruption charges.

"With the completion of my near-term commitments to LPCiminelli, I have officially transitioned out and will now only be involved as an external resource to LPC. And while this is certainly a bittersweet moment, I can’t begin to tell you how energized I am to begin focusing exclusively on the growth of Arc," Frank Ciminelli said in his note.
