Sabres' lineup littered with slumps

Jack Eichel ended an eight-game scoring drought. Sam Reinhart stopped a 10-game skid.

There are still plenty of Buffalo Sabres who aren't producing. Here's a look at the slumps that remain following Tuesday's 5-4 overtime loss in Pittsburgh.

* The defensemen

The 10 blue-liners have played a combined 114 games. They have zero goals. Zero on 162 shots.

Buffalo is the only team in the NHL without a goal by a defenseman.

* Matt Moulson

The winger has produced nothing in 12 games. No goals, no assists and just eight shots while skating 10:25 per night.

* Zemgus Girgensons

The forward has no points in the last 10 games. He has totaled one goal and two assists in 15 games.

* Jordan Nolan

The winger has no goals and one assist in 16 games. He has gone seven games without a point.

* Johan Larsson

The center has just one assist in the last 12 games. He's totaled one goal and two assists while playing all 18 games.

* Marco Scandella

The defenseman has two assists in the last nine games.

* Jake McCabe

The defenseman has one assist in the last nine games.

* Jason Pominville

After a hot start, the right winger has just one assist in the last six games.

* Nick Baptiste

The winger has played four games and has no points with four shots.

* Reinhart

His one-goal, three-point performance in Pittsburgh brought him to life. Before that, he had no goals and three assists in 10 games.

Show of camaraderie by Sabres' stars goes for naught
