Saints RB Daniel Lasco, who left game on stretcher vs. Bills, takes to Twitter

In the second half of the New Orleans Saints thorough handling of the Buffalo Bills in Orchard Park, Daniel Lasco made a headfirst tackle on a kickoff return and laid on the field motionless.

He was ultimately taken off on a stretcher that was placed into an ambulance.

On Monday, Lasco took to Twitter to reassure fans he's doing relatively well.

Lasco reportedly suffered a bulging disk in his back, which will require surgery, thereby ending his 2017 season, according to Ian Rapoport of NFL Network. However, the injury is not believed to be career-threatening. He has full motion in all his extremities, per Josh Katzenstein of The Times-Picayune.

After a four-year career at California, Lasco was picked by the Saints in the seventh round of the 2016 draft. He has 2 yards on 11 carries as a professional is a primarily a special-teams player for New Orleans.
