A Niagara Falls woman was arrested early Thursday on felony DWI and aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle after a traffic stop on Weston Avenue, state police said.
State troopers reported stopping Kathleen Murphy, 51, just before 2 a.m. after they observed her failure to stay in the driving lane. A strong odor of alcohol was detected on her breath breath, troopers reported.
Murphy recorded a .15 percent BAC, troopers said.
An investigation subsequently revealed her driving privileges had been revoked in New York State, authorities said.
