You might think that Sunday's game between the 5-3 Buffalo Bills and the 6-2 New Orleans Saints might have had a chance to draw the Fox network's top announcing team of Joe Buck and Troy Aikman.
After all, the Saints are riding a six-game winning streak, the Bills are in a wild-card playoff spot, and the game is the only one featuring a NFC team against an opponent with a winning record.
Kenny Albert will do play-by-play, Ronde Barber is the analyst and Kristina Pink is the sideline reporter on the game at New Era Field. They are widely considered one of Fox's top three teams.
The fact that Buffalo and New Orleans are the only TV markets in the NFL outside of the Top 50 markets doesn't help bring Buck and Aikman here.
Nor does the fact that it is a 1 p.m. game on a Fox doubleheader weekend that has three 4:25 p.m. games, including one involving big market teams Dallas (5-3) and Atlanta (4-4).
