The Emerson School of Hospitality's annual Thanksgiving Pie Sale will run through Nov. 15.
The culinary students bake hundreds of pies at the high school, at the school at 70 W. Chippewa St. Proceeds go to fund school athletics.
Emerson's pie sale, an annual event for more than a decade, is just one way the students get real-world culinary experience at Emerson, which aims to teach them professional skills they can take with them into college or the workforce. Emerson students take classes in the culinary arts along with their traditional high school courses and operate a popular restaurant on the first floor of the school.
Pickup will be from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Nov. 21 and Nov. 22 and from 8:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Nov. 22.
