Wings-and-weck favorite Bar Bill Tavern has started shipping its wings across America.
The famously crowded restaurant will even send you a custom brush so you can apply the sauce just like the cooks do at 185 Main St., East Aurora.
Orders are being taken at barbill.com but it's not cheap – 30 wings will set you back $99 including shipping. That's for 30 wings, 6 ounces each of wing sauce and blue cheese dressing, and an ounce of spice rub. So 100 wings for $199 gets you down to $2 a wing.
Wings arrive cooked and frozen, and are best reheated in a deep fryer. "We do not recommend heating wings in a microwave," the listing says.
The tavern's beef on weck is available as well. A four-pack is $109, including 40 ounces of beef, four kummelweck rolls, horseradish beef and au jus.
