Two teens were arrested Thursday morning after the robbery of pizza deliveryman in the Bailey-Kensington neighborhood, Buffalo Police reported.
The robbery occurred at 1 a.m. at a Thornton Avenue residence, where two men with a gun confronted the deliveryman and demanded his car and food order. The robbers escaped with the food and the car but were arrested hours later by police.
Recovered near the scene on Thornton were the food, a gray bandanna and a black imitation handgun, police said. Officers also recovered the deliveryman's vehicle and returned it to him.
Ladarius Cooper, 18, of Kensington Avenue and a 16-year-old were charged with robbery, grand larceny and authorized use of a motor vehicle.
