The Nicastro Brothers and the Kensingtons will highlight the third annual “Rock for the Cure” concert next week to benefit the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society’s Western & Central New York Chapter.
The event will take place at 8 p.m. Friday in the Tralf Music Hall, 622 Main St.
Joe Nicastro and Tom Lillis, both members of the society’s local chapter board of trustees, organized the concert and will perform during the event, which will support blood cancer research, local patient services, advocacy and educational programs.
“Our goal is to surpass the $6,000 we raised last year, while also raising awareness for this important organization,” Lillis said.
General admission tickets cost $15 each and can be purchased at ticketmaster.com, tralf.com, Walmart, and the Tralf box office. VIP tickets are available at the box office for $25. Doors open at 7 p.m. Learn more about the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society at lls.org.
