New venue announced for inaugural HRVST Festival

Due to production issues, the debut of 103.3 The Edge and After Dark Entertainment's HRVST Festival has been moved from the Cumulus radio station's grounds to Buffalo RiverWorks, at 359 Ganson St.

The music, food and beer event, slated for 1 p.m. Oct. 14, features an impressive lineup of bands: Phoenix, Brian Fallon of Gaslight Anthem, Manchester Orchestra, Joywave, Pvris, The Glorious Sons and Lo Moon.

As a result of the venue change, space is limited and fewer tickets will be available for purchase. All tickets purchased thus far will be honored, and further ticket details can be found here.

Because of the productions demands for accommodating six bands, festival organizers felt the indoor setup of RiverWorks, which has become one of Buffalo's regular concert venues, would provide a better music experience within the time allotted than the outdoor space at Cumulus, at 50 James E. Casey, just off the I-190.

The Edge plans to host shows at the Cumulus Festival Grounds in the future. Here's the original announcement, below, and you can read Mac McGuire's update on the recently added bands.
