The Belvedere: A renaissance in active adult living

Adults 55 and older who are ready to downsize but still want to lead an active, independent lifestyle will appreciate the quality of living The Belvedere apartment homes offer.

Tucked into Lancaster’s rolling hamlet meadows next to protected wetlands along the Williamsville and Clarence borders and built by Natale Development, The Belvedere is determinedly different from other senior living housing communities in Western New York.

You’ll feel right at home as soon as you enter one of these luxury, well-appointed apartments through the main hallway or your private back entrance, as it’s decorated with neutral colors, a combination of hardwood floors and plush carpeting, wide doorways (for wheelchair accessibility) and nine-foot ceilings. Choose from 1 bedroom/1 bath; 2 bedroom/1.5 bath and 2 bedroom/2 bath floor plans, ranging from 1,050 to 1,750 square feet.

Open floor plans include a spacious living/dining area that flows into the fully complemented kitchen, with granite countertops, island and stainless steel appliances (refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, microwave).

You’ll appreciate the convenience of the in-unit washer and dryer, as well as plenty of storage space, walk-in shower, cable TV and WiFi and energy-efficient LED lighting. The bedrooms offer plenty of light, room for a full-sized bed and walk-in closet.

Enjoy morning coffee or an evening cocktail on your oversized, private patio or balcony as you look out over beautiful wooded and meticulously manicured landscape views. There’s plenty of lighted parking and a limited number of attached and detached garages available for an additional monthly fee.

But that’s not all – planned amenities include a heated swimming pool; community gardens, greenhouse and pavilion; putting greens; indoor golf simulator; hobby room; fitness center, walking paths, library and more. You’ll never be bored at The Belvedere!

Dogs weighing 35 pounds or less are permitted in first-floor apartments and cats are also accepted.

The phase I construction of 146 apartments at The Belvedere is expected to be completed in early 2018; applications are now being accepted and several units have already been rented. Rents start at $1,250 per month and include water, garbage, sewer, cable, internet and maintenance; gas and electric are extra. Natale Development is offering limited-time “early bird” and other specials that bring rent discounts and other rewards.

The Belvedere is located on Harris Hill Road between Wehrle and Genesee, just minutes from the NYS Thruway, shopping, restaurants and more. For more information, contact Nicole Mancuso at 329-4566 or visit lifeatbelvedere.com.
