The former Miller's Restaurant on Clinton Street in West Seneca will reopen in several months, the prospective owner of the property said.
That's despite the misgivings of next door neighbor Brian Doster, who said at a public hearing Monday that there were problems with loud music on the patio bar, people shouting, lights flashing in his window and unruly behavior by patrons.
Robert Jemiolo, who is buying the property at 3369-3385 Clinton, near Union Road, said he is not planning on having live music on the patio. He agreed to put up an 8-foot fence as a buffer.
"I think the project is a good one for the neighbohood," West Seneca Town Supervisor Sheila Meegan said.
The Town Board approved rezoning the parcel from residential to commercial, with a special permit for a restaurant serving alcohol.
