A Buffalo man faces between 6 and 15 years in state prison after pleading guilty to selling to an undercover police officer.
D'Andre Gaston, 33, pleaded guilty Thursday before Erie County Court Judge Thomas P. Franczyk to one count of criminal sale of a controlled substance in the Third Degree and one count of criminal sale of a controlled substance in the Fifth Degree.
Gaston admitted to selling heroin to an undercover Buffalo police officer on Aug. 31, 2016, in the area of Ashley and Millburn streets, according to the Erie County District Attorney's office. He also admitted to selling ketamine, an anesthetic drug, to an undercover officer on Aug. 9, 2016 at the same location.
Gatson is scheduled to be sentenced Jan. 16. He also is awaiting sentencing on a separate narcotics indictment filed in St. Lawrence County.
