Police: City of Tonawanda house struck by gunfire

A house on Tussing Lane in the City of Tonawanda was struck by gunfire, according to City of Tonawanda Police.

Police showed up at the residence at about 10 a.m. Wednesday, looking for shell casings that were found in the street, according to authorities.

During the investigation, police determined that the house, as well as a parked vehicle in the driveway, was struck by gunfire, authorities said.

Detectives reportedly spent many hours at the scene, processing evidence they had collected, according to authorities.
