Depew's Fusani to officiate Prospects Game

Mike Fusani of Depew, a product of USA Hockey's Officiating Development Program, has been selected as one of the officials for the CCM/USA Hockey Al-American Prospects game at KeyBank Center on Thursday, Sept. 21.

Fusani will spend the 2017-18 season in both the American Hockey League and East Coast Hockey League on a full-time basis after spending time in the NAHL and SPHL. He has served as a linesman in league championships the last three season including the ECHL Kelly Cup Finals last season and the SPHL President's Cup and the NAHL Robertson Cup the season before.

The referees will be Kenneth Anderson of Elk River, Minn. and Peter Schlittenhardt of Piscataway, N.J. The other linesman will be Ian McCambridge of Aurora, Ill.

It also was announced Wednesday that HockeyTV will prove free-for-view streaming coveraged for the game which features 42 of the top American-Born prospect s elible for the 2018 NHL Draft. U.S. Hockey Hall of Fame members Chris Chelios and Brian Leetch will each coach a team in the event.
