New Park Creek apartments are in the serene setting of Amherst State Park

Located in the heart of Williamsville, the brand new Park Creek Apartments are surrounded by the beautiful Amherst State Park and just minutes away from the many amenities of the Village of Williamsville and Sheridan Drive.

For independent adults looking to simplify their living situation, Park Creek offers luxury one- and two-bedroom apartments that represent the best of what active adults desire, including traditional beauty along with modern amenities.

Each apartment of the 65-unit, three-story building has a 12’x10’ balcony patio that makes the most of the scenic beauty. Access to footpaths throughout the park make it ideal for a morning power walk or evening stroll.

Residents are greeted indoors by a beautiful two-story, stacked stone fireplace on the first level, with another fireplace on the second level. In addition to a central elevator, there is a secure, electronic entry system and 24-hour maintenance in the building.

Each apartment is beautifully appointed starting in the fully-equipped kitchen with stainless steel, energy-saving appliances. There are quartz countertops and a breakfast bar. Each unit also has its own washer and dryer, and plenty of storage, including a walk-in closet.

Spacious bathrooms include a ceramic tile bath/shower with a lower threshold for ease of entry. Bathrooms are connected to walk-in closets for convenience.

Apartments are ADA-compliant with grab bars in the bathrooms and all units are handicap accessible. All units also feature central air conditioning.

For those who want to use the community rooms for entertaining (with prior reservation), the kitchens are fully equipped with dishes and a dishwasher. The first level community room also has a fun shuffleboard game.

Outside the first floor community room is a gas fire pit with Adirondack chairs for enjoying the beautiful setting on cooler nights.

A fitness room on the second level features state-of-the-art equipment.

“We’ll also have social activities for those who wish to participate, like a gardening club and group walks that make use of the close proximity to the park and trails” said Tim Weber, a Project Manager of Acquest Development.

Park Creek offers assistance on move-in day and has teamed up with local companies that can provide services like grocery pick-up or errand running for residents who do not drive or who want to limit driving. All guests enjoy free pick-up and delivery of dry cleaning.

“We want to make the entire process as simple as we can, including before and after the move-in,” said Weber. “Another great aspect of our apartments is how quiet the area is, yet we are close to restaurants and shopping in the Village of Williamsville.”

Weber notes too that there is an affiliation with Park Creek Assisted Living. If a resident is no longer able to maintain an independent lifestyle, the transition to the assisted living facility can be made seamless.

Pets (cats and small dogs) are permitted on the first level, with a one-time $300 pet fee.

Park Creek Apartments are open for touring during office hours Monday-Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Saturday 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. and by appointment only on Sunday. A grand opening celebration will occur on Sept 21. Call (716) 367-7893 or visit park-creekapartments.com for information and to see a photo gallery and apartment floorplans.
