Bicyclist, 15, injured after colliding with vehicle in Buffalo

A teenaged boy was injured Monday after his bicycle struck a motor vehicle at West Delavan Avenue and Chapin Parkway, according to a spokesman for the Buffalo Police Department on Monday night.

The incident happened just after 7 p.m., when a 15-year-old boy ran into a vehicle that was headed east on West Delavan Avenue, according to the Buffalo Police spokesman.

The bicyclist suffered pain and bruising in the collision, the police spokesman said.

No charges had been filed late Monday.
